Completing your portrait
Although you will be familiar with my style of painting, I am keen to make sure that the finished portrait is just what you were expecting, so I’ll send a couple of scans along the way, so you can see how it is progressing. Once you’re happy with the final scan and have paid the balance of the invoice I will dispatch the completed portrait.
How much will it cost?
Click here for my price list. Once we have agreed the commission, I’ll invoice you for a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance after you’re happy with the final scan (as mentioned above).
I am happy to take payment via a personal cheque (UK only), or by credit or debit card via Paypal.
What about a frame?
The style, colour and cost of framing can be discussed if this option is requested, but otherwise I don’t frame my commissioned paintings. If you intend to hang your portrait unframed, please let me know in our initial discussions so I can use the right support (stretched canvas as opposed to canvas board) and paint accordingly.
Will I need to collect my portrait?
Paintings will be delivered via courier within the UK, unless you prefer to collect it yourself. Postage costs will vary by size of image and location. For destinations outside the UK there will be additional charges. Please ask me for a quote.
